• Transit passengers needing check-in for their onward flight are directed to the TGHS transfer desk
where our staff provides the necessary assistance

• Acceptance of expedite/unaccompanied baggage.

Passengers requiring special handling:

Wheelchair assistance is available for elderly and special need passengers as following:

•Assisting the passenger from the terminal entrance (or vehicle drop-off point) to the gate location
where his flight is departing, including the security checkpoint, and onto the aircraft to passenger seat.

•Assisting passenger from his\her aircraft seat on an arriving flight through the airport to the gate
location of his\her connecting flight (if passenger have a connection); and

•Assisting passenger from the gate location of his\her connecting flight to passenger seat on the
aircraft.

• Assisting passenger from aircraft seat on an arriving flight through the airport to the baggage claim
area, terminal entrance, or vehicle pick-up location.

Unaccompanied minors and young travelers are assisted:
TGHS will provide assisted for Unaccompanied minor for the children travelers as per customer airlines
regulations and requirements, these requirements will be very committed by TGHS to ensure safe
travel for the children without their parents.
